Tapestry Tribal & Lorelei of Black Dragon Bellydance Tapestry Tribal is a Tribal Bellydance group that performs to their
live musicians (Micheal and Woz). Tribal style belly dance weaves
elements of the ritual and folkloric dances of the Middle East,
Northern Africa, India, and Spain into a rich and diverse fabric.
They often dance with swirling veils, ringing finger cymbals, and
slow, snake-like movements under swords or baskets balanced on our
heads.
Lorelei of Black Dragon Bellydance is a fusion bellydance troupe, meaning they have studied traditional Middle Eastern dance, but have fused elements of modern dance into their style. They have performed to the live music of
local bands like Camp Dracula, The Fakirs, and I, Fanblades. They are
known for incorporating traditional and non-traditional props in their
dance (swords, zills, veils, canes, hats, and hula hoops).

FelixHunger & Elisha Kane FelixHunger was something that sort of happened by accident. Lead singer Sarah Czechowski and guitarist Jason Webb were on the phone, late one night, talking about potential band names, when the birth of FelixHunger happened. From an odd couple reference to a full on band, we had an idea and we made it happen. Together, they have combined their talent into an eclectic mix of pop, soul and rock. Good fun and soulful lyrics, our mission is to take you on a vacation, well not literally..We aren't rich yet. FelixHunger is Sarah Czechowski on lead vocals, Jason Webb on rhythm guitar and vocals, Mick White on lead guitar, Zack Collins on drums and Rick Derke on bass.Their mission is to perform as much as humanly possible and maybe entertain a few while they're at it. "if I can affect just one person they way some songs have affected me , then my job as a musician is complete" Sarah Czechowski Feeling hungry? Watch out, FelixHunger is on the prowl!
Elisha Kane, a new comer to the Philadelphia songwriter circle. A dreamer and an optimist, he writes lyrics that are honest and straightforward. Elisha hails from Phoenixville, PA which is home to an abundance of musicians, songwriters and artists alike. It's this environment that helped shape the songwriter he is today. Influenced by many popular Folk, Country, Rock and Alternative songwriters, Elisha Kane hopes to make his mark.

The Melton Brothers and Lili Anel & Her Band The Melton Brothers make the kind of music that gets you tappin, slappin, shakin and poppin from a pin-drop whisper to kickin take-your-breath-away grooves...a blend of groove swing, R&B, country blues and roots rock. The show is a musical conversation delivering original songs and stunning unique interpretations with rhythms and harmonies so tight these guys seem like one soul. The brothers hit their stride in the 70s and early 80s when they were launched into the greater Philly coffeehouse and concert circuit by numerous rebroadcasts of a noted Head House Square concert on WHYY 12 and USA Network spawning regular appearances at The Main Point, Grendal's Lair, Perewinkle's, Guthrie's, the Cabaret clubs and John & Peter's. Performing today at Tin Angel, Puck Live, Chaplin's and Kennett Flash their current popularity has been energized by the re-discovery of their 1979 LP, now a worldwide collectors' item with original copies selling for $300 to $500 on Ebay.
Take the soulfulness of Bill Withers, the power and range of Anita Baker, the elegance of Sade, the rhythmic sense of Richie Havens, the songwriting of Carly Simon or Joni Mitchell and roll it all together and you might get an idea of what Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter Lili Anel is all about. Venues like Tin Angel and World Café Live! have embraced her; WXPN has featured her, calling her music a hybrid of "urban/acoustic/jazz/pop" combined with a powerfully unique vocal style bringing her to the forefront. In 2007, JazzTimes Magazine said "...her songs are consistently excellent..." Lili's recent CD, "Every Second In Between", produced by Grammy award winning producer, Glenn Barratt, made the All About Jazz 2009 Year End Writers Choice for the 10 Best New Jazz Releases list, CityPaper's 2009 Music Critic's List, along with JazzTimes Magazine proclaiming "...a cd to blow your mind at first listen...".
