The Church of the Open Door is a community that is intentionally diverse racially, culturally, and economically with a spirit of openness to all people who desire a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is a ministry of reconciliation with a vision for discipling individuals into the Kingdom of God through Christ. The primary goals include a strong emphasis on praying, teaching, nurturing, and worshipping within the context of small groups and the corporate community, which will be extended by establishing a visible community presence by our witness and our service.
Special ministries include: H.U.B. of Hope HIV/AIDS Ministry, Kids Connection: Community Youth Fellowship, Community Team for Peace and Reconciliation, C.P.R. - Community Prayer and Renewal, Praise Band and His Glorious Praise Dance Ministry.
On Sunday we gather at the Life Center , 427 S. Walnut Street in Kennett Square with convenient parking and available childcare. Sunday School: 9:00 AM - Classes for Children, Youth and Adults, Worship: 10:30 AM
